This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the Abogados NOW Finance Dashboard (the "App"), a private internal application operated by Abogados NOW and its affiliate Legal Support Now (collectively, "Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you ("User") agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is an internal financial-reporting tool that connects, on a read-only basis, to third-party services — including QuickBooks Online and the Company's own connected bank accounts — to display financial summaries such as cash on hand, receivables, cash flow, and revenue. The App does not process payments, transfer funds, or move money.
We grant authorized Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App solely for the Company's internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.
Access is restricted to employees, contractors, and agents the Company authorizes. Users must keep their login credentials confidential and use the App only in the course of their work for the Company.
Users may not: (a) resell, sublicense, or provide the App to third parties; (b) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; (c) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (d) access data they are not authorized to access; or (e) use the App unlawfully or in violation of any third-party service's terms.
The App relies on third-party services (e.g., Intuit QuickBooks Online and banking data providers) accessed through their APIs. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or acts of any third-party service.
Financial data displayed by the App is confidential Company information. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The App and all related materials are owned by the Company and protected by applicable law. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The App is a reporting aid and is not a substitute for official accounting records or professional financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, the license granted here ends and Users must stop using the App.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
